1. Order your product(s) from this website. When you check out, enter your shipping and billing addresses.
2. Choose "Purchase order" as your payment option.
3. We will send an invoice to Accounts Payable at your school. Payment is due within 30 days of receipt of the invoice.

Your local customs office will charge Value Added Tax, duty and import taxes (typically 13% to 25%) before delivery. This may delay shipment a few days..
Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Paypal. Schools in the USA with a purchase order may pay by check on receipt of our invoice.

First Class Mail takes 5 to 7 business days on the average.
Priority Mail takes 3 to 5 business days on the average.
Express Mail takes 2 to 3 business days guaranteed.
International Shipping Options:
First Class Mail International takes 15 business days on the average, 2 to 5 weeks total.
Priority Mail International takes 7 to 11 business days on the average.
Priority Mail Express International takes 4 to 6 business days guaranteed.
Customs clearance may take several more days.
Starting from the date you receive our product, you may try the product for 14 days and return it for a refund of the price of the product if it doesn't work for your application. Returns or cancellations after 14 days will not be refunded. First email us requesting a return authorization number. Please include proof of purchase and your reason for returning it. Product must be returned in original packaging in like-new condition, or re-stocking fees may apply.
If you want to exchange your Bartlett Audio microphone for another model, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with a note about which model you want. We'll get back to you.
Most mics that are returned for service have nothing wrong with them. The problem lies in the sound equipment used with the mic. If your microphone does not operate correctly, first check other connected cables. Substitute another cable, or repair the cable if necessary. Make sure that phantom power is turned on and that the microphone's fader is up in the mixer. Try your mic with another amp or mixer, such as one owned by a friend, or a sound system in a music store.
If the microphone still fails to operate, and it is still under warranty, we will repair or replace the defective microphone at no charge, with same-day service! Return the mic with proof of purchase and a note about the problem to Bartlett Audio. Before shipping, first email us to discuss the problem. email@example.com .
If the defective microphone is past its warranty period, the repair/replacement fee is $95.00. That pays for parts, labor and shipping.
Bartlett Audio microphones are guaranteed not to malfunction (except in cases of abuse) for a period of two years (instrument mics) or three years (floor mics) from the date of first purchase. Mic cables and paint finish for all mics are excluded from this warranty.
We will not share any of your customer information with anyone without your permission.
To keep our prices low, we sell directly from our website. We do not have a dealer network except for 10 Out of 10 Productions in London.
