This year my 12 year old son joined a chamber music group and has had difficulty being heard. On the recommendation of his guitar teacher my sisters got him a mic from Bartlett Audio for Christmas. From the very beginning, it was clear that Bruce cares about his customer's experience. He sent detailed information about how to get started. I am a complete novice when it comes to sound and using audio equipment. When we had trouble getting set up he helped us troubleshoot everything and was immediately willing to exchange the mic we got for a new one. We did actually get the mic working but after talking with Bruce about our son's needs we ended up exchanging our mic for a different one. That kind of attention to detail and support was amazing. I am confident that my son will use this mic for years to come. We couldn't be happier with our experience with Bartlett Audio. I can't wait to see him play with his Chamber music group in a couple of weeks!
